Special Olympics Games Skiing Results Announced
The Washington Special Olympics Winter Games took place in February at Mission Ridge, Lake Wenatchee State Park and Wenatchee’s Riverfront Ice Arena, featuring athletes ranging in age from 8-60.

Eastern Washington University’s Education Department has received an award for excellence at the school district level from the Washington State Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
The award recognizes the success of EWU’s 3-year-old Teacher Intern Partnership Program, which places groups of up to 10 student teachers in a school all at one time.
