Cardinals Lose Two In Baseball Tourney

Mon., March 27, 1995

North Idaho College lost both of its starts Sunday in the Walla Walla Baseball Tournament at Walla Walla, Wash.

Clackamas CC downed NIC 12-8 and Tacoma CC edged the Cardinals 13-11, leaving NIC with a 7-13 standard for the season.

Against Tacoma, North Idaho’s Tristan Fike had three hits, including a pair of home runs.

Auto racing

Mark Groskreutz and Rick Schultz of Spokane finished 14th and 25th in the Sno-Country Ford 100 at Monroe, Wash.
