Mr. and Mrs. Larry Benzel, Ritzville, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at the American Legion Memorial Hall, Ritzville.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Dr. and Mrs. Brian L. Benzel, Edmonds, Wash.; Mr. and Mrs. Bruce H. Benzel, Ritzville; and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Benzel, Davenport.

Married May 15, 1945, in Ritzville, the Benzels have seven grandchildren.
