More Videos Intended For Kids Coming Onto The Market

Ariel, the feisty undersea princess in “The Little Mermaid,” and Jasmine, the spunky, headstrong princess from “Aladdin,” have a pair of videos each in the newly released Walt Disney Home Video “Princess Collection.”

Featuring two of the best-loved animated heroines in the Disney vault, the four videos each contain two new fantasy-filled adventures produced expressly for these $12.99 videos.

Ariel’s Songs and Stories has the “Giggles” video, which includes “Against the Tide,” and the “Wish Upon a Starfish” volume, which includes “Metal Fish.” Jasmine’s Enchanted Tales has the “Jasmine’s Wish” video, which contains “Do the Rat Thing” and “Bad Moon Rising,” and “The Greatest Treasure” volume with “Garden of Evil” and “Elemental, My Dear Jasmine.”

More kid fare

ABC Video has introduced “Kitty Love,” 30 minutes of what adorable kittens do best: Be cute. This mate to the recent “Puppy Love” lists for $9.95.

ABC Video also released six titles in its entertaining and educational “Wildlife Tales” series at $9.95 each: “Whale Rescue,” “Spiders: Web of Steel,” “The Legend of the Bison,” “Family of Wolves,” “Sharks: Perfect Predators” and “Puffins.”

KidVision joins in with two volumes of its “Real Animals” series for kids 3 to 8 at $10.95 each: “A Day With Horses” and “A Day With Lions and Other Cats.”

KidVision’s popular “Real Wheels” series grows by four Tuesday with “There Goes a Motorcycle,” “There Goes a Helicopter,” “There Goes a Monster Truck” and “Here Comes a Roller Coaster and Other Fun-filled Rides” ($10.95 each).
