At a glance: Fresh after a week without a game, the Chiefs hope to end a modest two-game skid against the WHL East’s top club. The Wheat Kings - 2-3-1 on their swing west - are winning with special teams. Their power play is a WHL-best 30.1 percent. Chiefs penalty killers will have their hands full with Schaefer (eight goals on the power play) and Cyrenne (six power-play goals). Leclerc, a gift from Prince George in a trade last year, carries a 13-game point streak into tonight’s game. Dingman, the NHL Calgary Flames’ first-round draft pick, had two goals, including the game-winner, in Brandon’s 4-3 Wednesday night win at Portland. After this game the Chiefs, who don’t play at home again until Nov. 17, start their eastern swing. With an 11 p.m. departure tonight, they’ll bus into Saskatoon on Sunday. They play Prince Albert on Monday night, the first of five games in seven nights.
