Seattle Area Woman Dies In I-90 Accident
A Kent, Wash., woman died late Monday after she lost control of her car on Interstate 90 just west of Spokane.
Melinda McNeilly, 33, was taken to Deaconess Medical Center and died about 11:30 p.m., an hour after the accident.
Washington State Patrol troopers said McNeilly was eastbound when her car rolled several times in the median. McNeilly, who was alone in the car, was thrown from the driver’s side and slid across the westbound lanes of the freeway.
She was not wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
