Man Hospitalized After Car Accident
A Wellpinit man was flown to Spokane’s Sacred Heart Medical Center after he was thrown from a car Thursday afternoon in Stevens County.
Julius Wildcat, 25, was in serious condition late Thursday at Sacred Heart, a nursing supervisor said.
Wildcat was driving a 1987 Chevrolet Cavalier Coupe on state Highway 231 when he missed a curve in the road north of Reservation Road about 1 p.m., the Washington State Patrol said.
His car went off the roadway onto a shoulder, then began to roll in the roadway and he was thrown from the car as it hit a fence, the WSP said.
