Festival To Raise Funds For Patient Vans
This year’s Festival of Trees will raise money to buy vans to transport patients to medical appointments.
The Kootenai Medical Center Foundation will run the seventh annual festival Nov. 24-27 at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. In its first six years, the event has netted over $400,000 for health care causes at Kootenai Medical Center.
The event will open Friday night after the Coeur d’Alene downtown Holiday Parade and will include Friday de Lights from 5-8 p.m. A country-western dance will follow at 9 p.m. Saturday’s events include the Senior Social and Gala; Sunday is family day; and Monday closes with a Holiday Fashion Show.
