Mr. And Mrs. Hamner Spokane

Herschel and Florence Hamner, Spokane, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. at Lincoln Heights Congregational Church.

Hosts for the event will be their daughters and spouses: Melissa Suzanne and James Hitchcock, and Penny and Kerry Wedwick, all of Spokane. Also assisting will be their grandchildren and spouses: Dawn and Brian Anderson, Kennewick; and Erin and Shawn Stuart, Spokane.

Married Oct. 26, 1945, in Bellflower, Calif., the Hamners have three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
