Mr. And Mrs. Kernkamp Spangle

Allen and Laura Kernkamp, Spangle, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a reception from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Ed and Melodi Kernkamp, Colbert; and John and Kaye Merkel, Spokane.

Married Oct. 20, 1945, in Rosalia, Wash., the Kernkamps have five grandchildren.
