Bachelor Auction Saturday

A bachelor auction benefiting Special Olympics features date packages ranging from the Nutcracker Ballet at the Opera House to the World Rodeo Finals in Las Vegas.

The auction, called Legends of the Fall “Hunks for Hire,” begins with a social hour at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Red Lion, just off I-90 at the Sullivan exit.

Bidding starts at 6:30 p.m. A dance follows at 10:30 p.m.

The evening includes 23 live bachelors who will be auctioned on stage and 10 bachelors who will be sold through photos and a silent auction.

Tickets are $10 for the auction, $5 for the dance, available through G&B Select-A-Seat, 325-SEAT. Additional guest packages, including rooms and dinner reservations, are available from the Red Lion. Call 924-9000.
