Maxwell House, Stadium Pizza Return For Flag Football Championship

Revenge or repeat?

The answer will be determined Sunday during the Spokane Parks Department adult flag football finals at Albi Stadium.

Two-time defending A Division champion Maxwell House meets Stadium Pizza at 1:30 p.m. in a rematch of the 1994 final. Maxwell House won 34-26 in overtime.

Other division finals: D-Maverick’s II vs. Dream Team, 9 a.m. C-NAPA vs. Swinging Doors, 10:20. B-Fast Eddie’s vs. Alsin/Finnerty’s, noon.

Cross country

Registration is under way for Inland Northwest USATF Championships in Ephrata.

The youth (10-U through 17-18) association meet will be Nov. 11 and the regional Nov. 18. Entry deadlines are Nov. 8 and 15, respectively.

Adult championships will be Nov. 11. Deadline is Nov. 9.
