Family’s Church Sets Up Trust Fund

Shadle Park Presbyterian Church has established a trust fund to help pay the hospital bills for Rob and Jill Schliebe.

The account is at the Shadle Park Branch of U.S. Bank. Checks can be made out to Shadle Park Presbyterian, c/o Schliebe.

Donations also can be mailed to the church, 5508 N. Alberta, Spokane, WA 99205. The church’s telephone number is (509) 327-5522.

Teachers at Holmes Elementary School, where the oldest Schliebe brothers attended classes, said they were preparing to help students deal with the loss of their classmates. Counselors will be available for students on Monday.

The Schliebes were active in their children’s education and Jill would often send treats to class, said Connie Connelly, who taught the couple’s oldest sons - Derek, 8, and Loren, 6. “I know it will be tough on kids,” she said.
