Lech Walesa’s Son In 2nd Car Accident

President Lech Walesa’s son has caused his second serious car accident, and police said Thursday that 22-year-old Slawomir should go to jail.

Slawomir was given a suspended sentence and banned from driving after a car accident three years ago. On Wednesday evening, he was driving fast when he rammed into a car stopped for a traffic light in downtown Warsaw, police said.

A woman in the other car suffered a head injury and was hospitalized, Polish news reports said. Slawomir had minor facial injuries, doctors said.

A woman was disabled by the serious injuries she suffered in the earlier accident.
