Sci-Fi Author Brunner Dies
John Brunner, the science fiction novelist noted for his experimental form attention to contemporary social issues, is dead at 60.
Brunner died Aug. 25 of a heart attack in Glasgow, Scotland.
A prolific writer, Brunner attracted attention outside his native England in 1969 with “Stand on Zanzibar.” Other novels included “The Squares of the City,” and “The Days of March.”
