Fresno Investigates Tark

Fresno State’s interim athletic director is investigating rumors that basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian and his staff violated NCAA rules.

However, Ben Quillian said Tuesday that he has found no evidence to support allegations that coaches worked out with players and recruits this summer.

“Everything we did was all done according to the rules,” Tarkanian said. “We didn’t hide anything. I’m disappointed that someone would start a rumor like that.”
