Airlines Food Cookbook Now Available At Home

Yummm: airline food! Are there people who like airline food so much that they want to re-create it at home? American Airlines thinks so: It is making available to passengers an 18-page cookbook, “A Taste of Something Special.”

AA, which has a new and fancier business-class service, speaks of “subtle flavors and tantalizing aromas” and “layers of welcome surprises for the palate.” Recipes range from “Peanut Crusted Chicken with Roasted Banana Honey Sauce” to “Ice Cream Sundae.”
