Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Patrick K. Halbert - 33, Athol, failure to appear/aggravated assault and battery, $7,000 bond.

Gina L. Laugen - 22, Spokane, failure to appear/grand theft and forgery, $20,000 bond.

Christopher M. Rutchey - 28, Spokane, parole violation/forgery, $3,000 bond.

Sherrie A. Marzullo - 35, Osburn, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear/battery, $3,500 bond.

Roy D. Jensen - 37, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, failure to appear/battery and contempt, $5,705 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jeremy K. Angel - 21, Sagle, contempt/ driving while suspended, fictitious display, $500 bond.
