Dwight Hume wants to build a 17,600-square-foot, one-story building on the north side of Francis Avenue between Crestline and Lee streets. Daniel Garabedian wants to rezone property to multi-family housing on the south side of South Riverton Avenue between Altamont and Stone streets.
