O’Neal Defends Title

Todd O’Neal, from Royal Oaks Country Club defeated Meridian Valley Country Club’s Mike Swingle on the first hole of sudden death Tuesday at Trysting Tree Golf Course in Corvallis, Ore., to successfully defend his Pacific Northwest PGA Assistants golf title.

O’Neal shot 66 and 72 to match Swingle’s two-day regulation total of 6-under-par 138.

Manito Golf and Country Club assistant Michael Rorholm tied for 22nd with an even-par 144 and Indian Canyon’s Thomas Colon finished in a tie for 27th at 145.
