Showies Inc. has applied for a license to sell spirituous liquor by individual glass and beer and wine for on-premises and off-premises consumption at Showies, 414 First, Cheney.

Circle K Corp. has paid a monetary penalty of $1,500 to vacate a suspension of license privileges at Circle K No. 1143, 303 S. Altamont. The licensee, or an employee was accused of supplying liquor to a person under age 21 for off-premises consumption.

Birkebeiner Brewing Co. has applied for a license to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption at Birkebeiner Brewing Co., 35 W. Main.
