Coyotes’ Hay Opts For Lineup Changes

A day after the Phoenix Coyotes relieved General Manager John Paddock of his duties, more changes hit the team.

This time, it was coach Don Hay who made the moves.

Hoping to light even a greater fire under his players, Hay juggled his top three forward lines, demoting No. 1 center Craig Janney to the third line, reuniting Jeremy Roenick with Keith Tkachuk, and pairing veteran Mike Gartner with Cliff Ronning and Igor Korolev.

Hay hopes it will help the Coyotes, who meet the Ottawa Senators tonight at the Corel Center, to recover from back-to-back disappointing losses to the New York Rangers and Islanders.
