Hounds Slip By Rams With Late Free Throw

Leah Wilde’s free throw with 13 seconds left in overtime Friday night gave Pullman a 50-49 Frontier League win over visiting Riverside.
The Greyhounds (5-11, 5-3 Frontier League) rallied from a 26-15 deficit to move a half game ahead of the Rams (10-7, 5-4) in the standings.
Pullman led 45-42 late in the fourth quarter, but Bernice Stime’s 3-pointer with 5 seconds remaining sent the game into overtime.
Natalie Weeks had 16 rebounds for the Greyhounds.
