Tipoff: EWU (3-21 overall, 0-12 Big Sky) looks to avenge a 71-70 road loss when the Grizzlies (19-6, 9-3) visit Reese Court for tonight’s 7:05 Big Sky Conference game. The Eagles close their season against Montana State (17-8, 9-3) on Saturday at 4:05 p.m.

At a glance: EWU needs two wins to avoid posting its worst record since the 1983-84 team went 4-22. Conversely, two losses would ensure the worst overall record in the school’s 88-season history and link the current team with the 1993-94 squad as the only Big Sky teams to go winless during conference play. UM (4-5 on the road) and MSU (3-7), meanwhile, are playing for the regular-season title.
