Sperry Leads Way For Wallace
Joy Sperry stole the ball with 9 seconds left, and her layup gave the Wallace Miners (5-9) a 54-53 non-league girls basketball win over host Mullan on Wednesday.
Sperry had 29 points and 16 rebounds. Trudi Flood scored 18 for the Tigers (1-9), who also turned over the ball on their final possession.
