Big Catch At Stake For Kid Fishermen

Youngsters ages 7-14 will have an opportunity to test their skills at a Bassmaster CastingKids event Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the University City Mall.

The event is sponsored by the Spokane Bass Anglers and is free.

Kids will be judged on basic casting, pitching and flipping skills and can qualify for the state finals.

Final stop is the national finals, with $20,000 in scholarships and prizes on the line. Info: 468-0868.
