Two Skiers Missing At Schweitzer

Bonner County search and rescue workers were looking for two men who disappeared while skiing Friday afternoon at Schweitzer Ski Resort.

The rescuers began their search late Friday after the men never turned up, the Bonner County Sheriff’s Department said.

A friend first reported the men missing about 2:30 p.m., a resort employee said. They were downhill skiing at the resort and last seen on the Colburn and Culver side of the mountain, authorities said.
