Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Roy Miller - 36, Post Falls, burglary, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Chad Kline - 19, Rathdrum, grand theft, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Donald Webb - 18, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, petty theft, $10,000 bond.

Rocky Nations - 19, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Jesse Richardson - 26, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Damiane Snyder - 19, Rathdrum, driving while suspended, vehicle not registered, failure to appear at trial/trespassing, $3,000 bond.

Brian Ward - 25, Post Falls, inattentive driving, $300 bond.

Peter Ritzheimer - 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear at trial/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Jacob Fines - 31, Spokane, petty theft, possession of paraphernalia, $1,500 bond.

Richard Kolb - 32, Hayden Lake, possession of paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon, $3,000.

Harry Tow - 38, Worley, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Dale Waterman - 41, Athol, failure to appear/trespassing, $500 bond.

Dennis Lumley - 47, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence and invalid drivers license, $1,468 bond.

Christopher Schnore - 45, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Lance Ballard - 20, Post Falls, petty theft, contempt, $551 bond.

Kurt Bertram - 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt, failure to appear for jail time and sentencing, $1,366 bond, two days in jail.
