Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

James B. Crowe 48, Spokane, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Shane J. Hans 19, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/theft, $5,000 bond.

Anthony S. Reyes 51, Yakima, parole violation/delivery of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

Gregory C. Rogers 41, Hayden, forgery, $10,000 bond.

Daniel W. White 52, Loon Lake, Wash., parole violation/burglary, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

John K. Bowman 36, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $151 bond, 15 days in jail.

Douglas L. Brushett 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $549 bond.

Christopher A. Cohin 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/unlawful entry, domestic violence, $113 bond.

John E. Dalager 22, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended, $316 bond.

Jack N. Divine Jr. 33, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $566 bond.

Robert J. Flood 35, Wallace, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, $100 bond.

Frank J. Jobe 49, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $816 bond.

Walter Lessig 51, Post Falls, contempt/ consuming liquor and obstructing justice, $225 bond.

Shawn L. Munson 34, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $566 bond.

Leslie M. Ruff 51, Naples, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance, $309 bond.

Daniel A. Schiller 35, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $814 bond.

Rocky B. Shockey 27, Athol, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $152 bond.

David M. Stark 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $171 bond.

Peter P. Swietalski 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $425 bond.

Shane A. Warner 21, Post Falls, contempt/ willful concealment, $201 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
