Craig Joins Panel On Education Technology

Republican Sen. Larry Craig has joined the Senate’s Education Technology Working Group that is focusing on technological enhancement of America’s classrooms.

Craig said technology is particularly important for rural states like Idaho because it can make available to all students opportunities they would not have otherwise.

The bipartisan group has pledged to promote policies encouraging collaboration between business and education so students have access to the best available information technology as they prepare to enter a competitive global market.
