Everything More Costly

National Forests

Fines have been increased for minor infractions in the national forests of Idaho this year. Leaving a campfire unattended, discharging fireworks, driving a vehicle off designated roads or violate a road closure can cost you up to $200. Wilderness violations can set you back $500.

Even legal forest visitors are paying more. The cost of a national forest map recently increased to $4. , DataTimes
