Mr. And Mrs. Pippenger Spokane

Al and Helen Pippenger, Spokane, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Dean Garvey, Saturday from 5-7 p.m. The couple also celebrated by going on a European tour.

Their children and spouses are: Barbara and Dean Garvey, Jim and Shirley Pippenger, Judy and Roy Simon, Steve and Kathy Pippenger, Dale and Lori Pippenger, Marlene and Pat Cantlon, and Barry Pippenger, all of Spokane; and Jerry Pippenger, Seattle.

The Pippengers were married July 24, 1946, in Coeur d’Alene. They have 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
