Boater Missing

Divers were searching for a missing boater late Thursday on Lake Pend Orielle. The boater disappeared just before 8 p.m. while swimming off a boat in the lake near Hope, a Bonner County dispatcher said.

Another boater called authorities after the swimmer did not resurface.
