Dakota Farola Calder, Idaho

Service for Dakota James Farola, 20, will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Maries. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in St. Maries. Yates-Hodge Funeral Home in St. Maries is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Farola, who was born in California, died Saturday from injuries received in an automobile accident in Spokane.

He grew up in the St. Maries area and attended local schools. He had worked for The Mustard Seed Restaurant in Spokane before going to work at Archie’s I.G.A store in St. Maries and was recently employed by Forever Green Tree Farm in St. Maries.

He was preceded in death by a son, Dakota Farola Jr., in 1995.

Survivors include his mother, Donna Farola of Calder; father, Mark Farola of California; sister and stepbrother, Crystal Farola and Raymond Harpole, both of Calder; grandparents, Albert and Paulina Farola, and Gene Johnson, all of California; and numerous friends.
