Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Matthew F. Hall 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $20,000 bond.

Shannon B. Morley 31, Brewster, Wash., forgery, $5,000 bond.

Joshua R. Rhea 21, Worley, failure to appear/burglary, $1,500 bond.

Scott M. Thomas 24, Ashland, Mont., grand theft (four counts), failure to appear, contempt/petty theft, $8,501 bond.

Jodi L. Ziegler 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Patricia L. Byrnes 37, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $79 bond.

Veronica I. Daley 31, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $50 bond.

Jeffrey M. Dallen 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/failure to register vehicle, $82 bond.

Michael R. Dalton 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, fictitious display, $66 bond.

John S. Gray 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ petty theft, $26 bond.

David B. Jones 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $51 bond.

Jack W. Sizemore 36, Hayden, contempt/ failure to purchase a driver’s license, $80 bond.

James S. Stockstill 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of marijuana, $53 bond.

James M. Tassler 40, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $35 bond.

Robert J. Williams 46, Hayden, contempt/ failure to display numbers, $53 bond.

Christopher J. Wilson 24, Greenacres, contempt/driving while suspended (two counts), failure to appear/petty theft, $430 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
