Richard Wilson has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Quik Mart, 164 S. Browne.

Quarterhorse Inc., which holds a tavern license to sell beer and wine for on-premises and off-premises consumption at Quarterhorse, 1321 W. Second, has paid a $250 penalty to vacate a suspension of liquor-license privileges. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of allowing a person 20 years old to remain on the licensed premises.
