Foschi Decision Reviewed

The international swimming federation will review U.S. Swimming’s decision to reinstate Jessica Foschi, the 15-year-old distance freestyler, who tested positive for steroids, but almost certainly will take no action before the U.S. Olympic swimming trials next week in Indianapolis, a source said.

Her events begin Thursday; lawyers for U.S. Swimming have assured her that she will be able to compete.
