The council will discuss plans for a grocery store in the East Central neighborhood and expansion of the automated garbage system. Council members also will consider putting a measure before voters that calls for changing to a strong-mayor form of government.

The hearing examiner will consider a request to rezone property from single-family residential to multi-family residential. Daniel Ferguson wants to build two fourplexes on the southest corner of Greene Street and South Riverton Avenue.
