(From Outstanding warrants column of Monday, March 18, 1996:) The warrants list for March 4 incorrectly stated the nature of a contempt warrant for Jay James Mosher. The warrant should have read contempt/frequenting a place where controlled substances are used. It has since been paid and taken care of.

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Laura D. Roll 42, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $15,000 bond.
