Secret Witness Seeks Man Wanted In At Least Two Thefts

A man wanted on five arrest warrants is this week’s Secret Witness target.

The crimes 41-year-old Michael Robert O’Neill is accused of committing include theft and possession of stolen property, both felonies.

O’Neill is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has black hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. A cash reward is offered and callers do not have to give their name to be eligible for the money.

Secret Witness is a civilian organization not affiliated with law enforcement. Callers may use a code name or number for future contact about a reward, usually through the personal columns of The Spokesman-Review.
