Bunkers Resort Inc. has been approved for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption with food sales at Bunker’s Resort, 36402 Bunker Landing Road, Cheney., WRBF Inc. has applied for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for onpremises consumption with food sales at Denny’s Restaurant, 3711 S. Geiger Blvd.
Aracelia and Royce Duncan have applied to move an existing license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption with food sales. The licensees are currently doing business as Aracelia’s Mexican Restaurant, 111 S. Stevens, and are applying to do business as Aracelia’s Mexican Food, 528 E. Trent.
Brodrick/Howard & Associates Inc. has applied to assume a license to sell beer and wine for on- and off-premises consumption, and wines of less than 14 percent alcohol, at Mother’s Pub & Party Headquarters, 230 W. Riverside. The license is currently held by Mother’s Pub of Spokane, A Slice of Chicago Inc., doing business as Mother’s Pub.
Ding-Howe Inc. has paid a $7,000 penalty to vacate a suspension of liquor-license privileges to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption with food sales at Chan’s Dragon Inn, 1406 W. Third. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of allowing a 19-year-old to remain and consume liquor on the licensed premises.
