It’s never too early
Free hearing screenings for children under 3 are held every Tuesday morning at the Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic, 104 W. Fifth.
The only requirement for children being tested is that they have the ability to sit or lie quietly for about 30 seconds, said Kami Crandall, clinical audiologist.
Hearing loss is not always apparent and may manifest itself as speech delay, poor responsiveness or inability to pay attention.
For an appointment, or more information, call 624-2326.
