Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Mary Beth Rosengarten 30, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

Randy R. Dundee 23, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation for rape, $30,000 bond.

Michael C. Mogard 37, Hayden, parole violation for eluding, $3,000 bond.

Warren S. Key 40, Kellogg, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

Lauralie Frey 22, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Ethel D. Barnfield 38, Ponderay, contempt/non-sufficient funds checks, failure to appear/work program, $1,800 bond, four days in jail.

Joyce Y. Harbin 34, Harrison, contempt/ driving under the influence, $2,800 bond.

Pamela M. Wightwick 27, Spirit Lake, contempt/sale of liquor to minors, $300 bond.

Randall W. Risken 34, Liberty Lake, contempt/driving under the influence, $366 bond.

Robyne K. Bray 28, Rigby, Idaho, contempt/petty theft, $351 bond.

Robert E. Fritz 38, Athol, contempt/driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $783 bond.

Leonard J. Jackson 35, Mauston, Wis., contempt/inattentive driving, $612 theft.

James P. Spear 35, Wallace, contempt/ driving without privileges, failure to appear/ work program, $300 bond, two days in jail.

Kenneth B. Byers 24, Rathdrum, contempt/resisting an officer, $201 bond.

Duane A. English 37, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, $566 bond.

Michael R. Broenneke 37, Moscow, contempt/driving under the influence, $709 bond.

Edward L. Hogue 47, Sandpoint, contempt/driving under the influence and invalid driver’s license, $918 bond.

William J. Gopher 20, Box Elder, Mont., contempt/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

David L. Rolle II 36, Hayden Lake, contempt/driving while suspended, $474 bond.

Jude M. Rowland 19, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended, $320 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
