Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kevin Armstrong - 38, Spirit Lake, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Mark W. Melvin - 29, Coeur d’Alene, forgery (six counts), contempt, dumpster scavenging, $10,251 bond.

Thomas P. Rush - 20, Rathdrum, forgery, $10,000 bond.

Patrick K. Stiner - 35, Hayden, grand theft (two counts), $10,000 bond.

William R. Rhodes - 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession and delivery of methamphetamines, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Benjamin J. Alvarado - 26, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $366 bond.

Michael L. Bernhardt - 25, Athol, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $49 bond.

Mark F. Blue - 35, Spokane, contempt/ inattentive driving, $251 bond.

Eric J. Burke - 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ malicious injury to property and driving under the influence, $716 bond.

Adam L. Christensen - 20, Spokane, contempt/driving without privileges, $366 bond.

Angela D. Dunning - 25, Spirit Lake, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $152 bond.

Anne M. Gardipe - 21, Worley, contempt/ petty theft, $201 bond.

Seth A. Harman - 18, Sagle, contempt/ minor possessing tobacco, $105 bond.

John E. Hoisington - 44, Priest River, contempt/expired driver’s license, $51 bond.

Timothy L. Medlen - 29, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $300 bond.

Michael T. Mitchell - 34, Cataldo, contempt/domestic battery, $51 bond.

Peter Z. Pauling - 21, Spokane, contempt/ reckless driving, $160 bond.

Donald A. Petersen - 35, Hayden, contempt/domestic battery, $251 bond.

Janeen Ryen - 45, Post Falls, contempt/ driving without privileges, $466 bond.

Gary Vanboemel - 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving without privileges, boat speeding, $441 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
