Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Dawn M. Fillo 29, Spokane, forgery, $5,000 bond.

Anthony Miner 35, Frenchtown, Mont., failure to appear/non-sufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

Jeffrey W. Shook 44, Sandpoint, parole violation/sexual battery on a child, $1,000 bond.

David M. Walters 36, Auburn, Wash., grand theft and burglary, $5,000 bond.

James L. Wilson 20, Spokane, failure to appear/non-sufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Alex L. Bartlett 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $135 bond.

Patrick G. Baumgartner 23, Hayden, contempt/possession of paraphernalia and obstructing officers, $237 bond.

Tanya J. Curran 38, Athol, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.

Robert F. Ellis Jr. 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/failure to purchase a driver’s license (two counts) and invalid driver’s license, $154 bond.

John R. Herzog 26, Rathdrum, contempt/ driving under the influence, $274 bond.

Dan D. Murrell Jr. 29, Rathdrum, contempt/inattentive driving, $351 bond.

Timothy G. Raymond 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving without privileges, $225 bond.

Marc J. Ostman 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $155 bond.

Elias W. Rolando 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/failure to obey release conditions, minor in possession of tobacco and failure to appear (four counts), $1,303 bond.

Ricky L. Schlagel 33, Cataldo, contempt/ driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Patrick T. Stone 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $155 bond.

Michael A. Swindle 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence and invalid driver’s license, $650 bond.

Anjanette M. Tomten 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/jail time, $167 bond, two days in jail.

Christopher S. West 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt driving while suspended, invalid driver’s license and failure to appear/ possession of marijuana, $1,418 bond.

Tamtha E. Williams 26, Rathdrum, contempt/driving while suspended and failure to display plates, $262 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
