Intel To Unveil Videophone Pcs

After years of false starts by AT&T and others, Intel Corp. hopes to bring videophone technology to the masses.

The company plans to announce at a meeting with analysts in New York today that starting later this year, most new home personal computers will be capable of making and receiving video-phone calls over standard telephone lines.
