Dear Heloise: My husband gave me this hint for recycling the plastic bags that newspapers are delivered in.

Dear Heloise: My friend uses facial tissue instead of wrapping tissue in the presents she gives out.

Tissue gets recycled or used more than once, as opposed to wrapping tissue, which is just thrown out. I love the idea. I keep the tissues in my kitchen drawer for future use. - Sarah’s Friend, Colorado Springs, Colo.
