Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

David L. Beard - 31, Post Falls, possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

William R. Boyd - 41, Pullman, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

Amy M. Evans - 26, Osburn, non-sufficient funds checks, $1,000 bond.

Kimberly A. Rexford - 30, Libby, Mont., possession of cocaine, $5,000 bond.

Laura D. Roll - 43, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds checks, $500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Christopher L. Champagne - 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of drug paraphernalia, $151 bond.

Jonathan W. Chapman - 30, Ponderay, contempt/exhibition or use of deadly weapon, $201 bond.

Donald A. Davis - 34, Spokane, contempt/ resisting/obstructing justice, driving while suspended, driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving while suspended, obstructing, no driver’s license, $8,716 bond.

Benjamin P. Garrison - 19, Sandpoint, contempt/petty theft, $200 bond.

Troy C. Gutierrez - 30, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $251 bond.

Jenny V. Huntsucker - 34, Blanchard, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $252 bond.

Major J. M. Kaylor - 27, Priest River, contempt/driving while suspended, $66 bond.

Grant L. Kennedy - 39, Greenacres, contempt/driving while suspended, $366 bond.

Thomas G. Marlin - 35, Spokane, contempt/non-sufficient funds checks, $201 bond.

Charles D. Kovach - 21, Newport, Wash., contempt/failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $155 bond, two days in jail.

Scott R. McVey - 33, Bayview, contempt/ eluding, theft by receiving stolen property, $553 bond.

Lisa M. Newman - 20, Rathdrum, contempt/petty theft, failure to appear/ misdemeanor citation, $354 bond.

John W. Silva Jr. - 22, Hayden, contempt/ open container, $101 bond.

Michael R. Townsend - 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $1,183 bond.

Dustin D. Ward - 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $101 bond.
