Wedding vows were exchanged by Elizabeth Lee McElveen and Matthew Byrd in a recent ceremony at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church.

Dennis and Rosalee McElveen, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Byrd is the son of Vern and Mary Byrd, Spokane.

A reception was at the Davenport Hotel. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in La Jolla, Calif.
