L.A.-Based Quartet At Hobart’s Tonight

The Los Angeles-based Dave Scott/Tony Malaby Quartet will perform tonight from 9 to 1 a.m. at Hobart’s Jazz Lounge at Cavanaugh’s Fourth Avenue.

The members of the quartet have performed with greats ranging from Clark Terry to Joe Henderson, Eddie Daniels to Maynard Ferguson. The group - Dave Scott, Tony Malaby, Trey Henry and Billy Mintz - has a new CD on the market with music that includes traditional jazz and experimental and atonal pieces.
